Our current re-clean ratio is about 0.5%, this is approximately 1 in 200 jobs may need a revisit and usually it may just be one window.

At one end of the industry you find large commercial window cleaning companies dealing with big commercial contracts, these may have a small sector of residential customers which tend to be rushed and not taken care of appropriately.

At the other end of the scale you find MANY one man bands who find themselves running around like a busy fool not being able to manage bookings, customer deadlines and often or not you find they will arrive weeks later than they usually say, or worse no contact for several months. 

We feel and see a huge gap in the market to continue to grow this unmatched commercial business tailored to  residential customers.

Our main window cleaning service operates in Plymouth but we cover the surrounding areas of the South West (please email if you live outside of Plymouth).

We provide a 6 weekly or 12 weekly window cleaning round in your area. You can opt for your preferred choice on the 'Book Now' page.

For all new customers we will charge a 'first' clean regardless of when your windows were last cleaned, this is to ensure all doors, frames and sills are cleaned to our expectations. 

We often find the majority of window cleaners only clean the glass or just rinse over the frames and sills leaving them with algae still remaining.

Likewise to our window cleaning service, the gutter clearing and cleaning service also operates in a very similar way by a 6 monthly or yearly clean.
